PENNANT UMPIRES & MEASURERS
A major factor in the successful operation of the Metropolitan Bowls Association Pennant Bowls competitions is the availability & participation of properly-trained & properly prepared umpires & measurers.
The Executive and Match & Program Committees of the MBA encourage umpires & measurers to keep their skills & knowledge up-to-date by re-accrediting themselves as their qualifications reach their "renewal" date.
